What should be the constitution of an information building? Channel of state?

Media volatility bring the velocity of the image. The concept is stuck to the movement, through the information tunnel, crossed highway to knowledge, the building - station - production is in constant movement, never stops. the concept is a metaphysical approach of various ways of movement: from the concrete way to bring the sky news, to the digital era printed present - the buildings mirror two realities separated in time (history).

On the past side, concrete space tiny windows or various screens lost in space, before digital… When we change perspective we can see that the screens transform in other movement, a natural movement: birds flying over, passing through the building, carved in the structure.
