Rehabilitation of a residential building constituted by 21 apartments - distributed for 6 floors. With 1 level below the surface ground and 5+1 above ground - Between the T1 and T2 typologies. Characterized for its sobriety and historical values, the aim was to preserve the architectonic elements such as the façade and the interiors reconstruction as the original design. The building height was aligned in between the buildings reference aside.

The rehabilitation of the image, transforms the street and reestablished its original impact.
